The Invader Gear Light Hydration Carrier Everglade (A-TACS-FG) has a capacity of 3 litres and because it has a built-in water bag, you don't have to buy it separately.

You carry the camelbag like a backpack and because it is a lightweight bag it is comfortable to carry. The shoulder straps are adjustable in length just like a backpack and this hydration carrier has a Mollé section so you can attach a pouch if necessary. 
The closure has a double zip including a velcro closure.
