Flash magazines are the improved versions of a hicap. No wheel anymore you have to turn but a cable you need to pull on.
The Flashmag is a Hicap magazine but without a winding wheel, the loading is done by pulling a wire that is located in the magazine.
By pulling this wire you can load the bb's and in most cases you can fire more bb's than for example with a standard Hicap without having to reload.
