Shipping

As soon as we received your order and the items are in stock, we will make them ready for delivery. All our packages will be send with PostNL. PostNL will give the package to a shipping company of your own country who make sure it will be deliverd as soos as possible.

If you order multiple items and there seems to be a couple of items we have to order for you at one or more of our suppliers, we will stack it till your order is complete. 

Countries outside NL and BE Free shipping from €150 (We no longer ship to the UK)



Returns

Returns or exchanges may within 14 days after receipt of your order, provided that the goods in original condition and if reasonably possible in the original packaging. Products with obvious signs of use can not be reversed. 

You can return your order (or a part of) and choose: 

• Exchange to another product / different color / different size 
• Refund 

A return form is always included with your order, please fill it is as much as possible so we can take care of your return.
