What is the difference between glasses and goggles?

Glasses have an open frame on the sides and are lighter and more compact. Goggles completely enclose the eyes and provide maximum protection against impacts from all angles.

Do I always have to wear goggles?

No, but many organisers recommend goggles for CQB for extra safety. For woodland and open terrain, approved glasses are often sufficient.

How do I prevent my glasses or goggles from fogging up?
