This second generation has been completely redesigned with a more modern fit, reduced weight and improved breathability, without compromising on warmth. Thanks to the use of Hybrid Fleece, the Mk2 offers the same insulating properties as its predecessor, but with greater comfort during intensive activities.

The outer surface has the look of classic fleece, whilst the inner surface features a Grid Fleece structure. This grid-patterned material retains body heat at the points of contact with the body whilst efficiently wicking away excess heat and moisture.

Compared to the first Patriot Jacket, the large back pocket and the underarm pocket have been removed. Instead, a more modern layout and improved ergonomics have been adopted. Furthermore, laser-cut Velcro panels with integrated pen pockets have been fitted to the shoulders for attaching patches and small accessories.
