Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves® Coyote / Adaptive Green A

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves Coyote / Adaptive Green A are tactical gloves designed for users seeking a combination of precise finger control, a reliable grip and long-lasting comfort. These shooting gloves from Helikon-Tex are designed for use at the shooting range, during airsoft and in other tactical or outdoor activities where good control over your equipment is important. Thanks to the combination of breathable materials, a synthetic leather palm and a precisely engineered construction, these gloves offer a practical balance between protection against direct contact and freedom of movement.

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves stand out thanks to a number of functional details. For example, the palm is lined with soft, non-slip synthetic leather for a firm grip, whilst specially designed cut-outs at the finger joints support the hand’s natural movement. The gloves also feature an adjustable Velcro fastening, a paracord loop, a microfibre panel along the thumb and touchscreen-compatible areas on the thumb and middle finger. The colour combination Coyote / Adaptive Green A makes this version particularly suitable for users who wish to pair their gloves with tactical clothing and equipment in earth tones.

Designed for precision and control

A key feature of the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves is that they maintain sensitivity in the fingers. This is essential for tactical gloves, as a construction that is too thick or stiff can make it difficult to handle small components.

Helikon-Tex has designed these gloves to offer a good balance between grip and freedom of movement. This allows you to continue to operate the controls on your kit with precision.

For airsoft players, this means that whilst wearing the gloves, you want to retain sufficient sensitivity when operating the trigger, magazine release, selector and other parts of your replica.

The actual sensitivity depends on the size chosen, the fit and the user’s personal preference.

Non-slip palm made from synthetic leather

The palm of the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves Coyote / Adaptive Green A is lined with soft synthetic leather with non-slip properties.

This material has been chosen to ensure a firm grip when holding and operating equipment. A reliable grip is important when you regularly switch between different tasks.

The synthetic leather helps to minimise direct contact between the skin and the items held inside, and is designed for long-term use.

The non-slip finish is particularly useful when holding an airsoft replica, torch, multi-tool or other equipment where controlled movements are required.

The manufacturer does not specify a particular coefficient of friction or wear resistance rating. Consequently, performance cannot be precisely quantified under all conditions.

Good control over the tractor and its controls

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves are specifically designed to provide the wearer with sufficient sensitivity when operating the trigger and other controls.

In airsoft and shooting sports, precise finger control is important. Gloves that are too thick can reduce sensitivity and make handling less comfortable.

The design of these Helikon-Tex gloves is therefore aimed at achieving a good balance between grip, flexibility and a direct sense of touch.

This makes them ideal for users who wish to wear gloves whilst carrying out their activities without unnecessarily restricting their freedom of movement.

Lightweight and breathable materials

Another key advantage of the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves is the use of lightweight and breathable materials.

During strenuous activities, your hands can get warm and start to sweat. If gloves do not provide sufficient ventilation, this can make them less comfortable to wear.

For this version, Helikon-Tex has opted for materials that aid the wicking away of moisture and heat.

This makes the gloves suitable for activities where you wear them for long periods, such as airsoft games, training sessions and outdoor activities.

The exact fabric composition and weight per pair are not specified in the product information provided.

Comfort during prolonged use

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves Coyote / Adaptive Green A have been designed with comfort in mind for prolonged use.

When you hold an airsoft replica or other equipment for a long time, your fingers need to bend and stretch regularly. A stiff glove can create unnecessary resistance when doing so.

To minimise this, Helikon-Tex has incorporated special cut-outs at the finger joints.

This design supports the natural movement of the hand and helps to reduce fatigue during prolonged use.

This is particularly useful during activities where you regularly carry out the same actions.

Special cut-outs at the finger joints

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves feature specially designed cut-outs at the finger joints.

These details are designed to improve freedom of movement when you bend your fingers.

In many tasks, such as holding equipment or handling small parts, the fingers are constantly moving. A design that accommodates this movement can help to ensure a more comfortable fit.

The cut-outs are therefore a functional part of the design and are not merely decorative.

Adjustable Velcro fastening

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves feature an adjustable Velcro fastening at the wrist.

This allows you to adjust the fit of the glove around your wrist to suit your personal preference.

A well-adjusted fastening helps to keep the glove in place whilst moving.

The Velcro fastening is also handy if you put your gloves on and take them off regularly.

For optimum comfort, it is important to fasten the clasp securely, but not unnecessarily tightly.

Paracord ophanglus

A practical feature of the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves is the paracord loop on the wrist.

You can use this loop, for example, to attach the gloves to a carabiner when you’re not wearing them.

This can be useful during airsoft events, training sessions or outdoor activities where you regularly take your gloves off.

By attaching the gloves to your kit, you won’t need to carry them loose in a trouser pocket or rucksack.

Do check, however, that the carabiner and attachment point used are suitable for carrying accessories.

Microfibre along the thumb

There is a microfibre section along the thumb of the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves.

This part is designed for practical use whilst in operation. For example, you can use it to wipe sweat from your forehead.

In addition, the microfibre section can be used to remove light soiling from spectacle lenses.

For airsoft players, this is a useful addition, as a clear field of vision is important when wearing safety goggles.

Only use the microfibre section when it is clean. Sand or other hard particles may scratch delicate lenses or coatings.

Touchscreen-compatible thumb and middle finger

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves Coyote / Adaptive Green A feature touchscreen-compatible zones on the thumb and middle finger.

This means you can operate many smartphones and tablets without having to take your gloves off completely.

This is handy when you want to quickly use your phone during an airsoft game or an outdoor activity.

Think, for example, of checking a route, verifying information or using an app.

Performance may vary depending on the touchscreen, the screen protector used and the fit of the glove.

Suitable for airsoft

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves are an interesting choice for airsoft players who value grip and finger control.

During airsoft, the hands are regularly used to hold replicas, handle magazines and manage equipment.

The non-slip synthetic leather palm helps maintain a firm grip, whilst the flexible construction supports the natural movement of the fingers.

What’s more, the breathable fabrics are comfortable during long days of play.

However, the gloves are not specified as certified impact protection. They therefore do not replace specific protective equipment where this is required.

Suitable for shooting sports and training

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves were originally designed as shooting gloves for users seeking a combination of grip, control and comfort.

The design is aimed at maintaining feedback from the lever and other controls.

In addition, the synthetic leather on the inside of the hand helps to maintain a controlled grip.

The special cut-outs at the finger joints also make the gloves a good choice for training sessions involving repetitive movements over long periods.

Suitable for outdoor activities

As well as airsoft and shooting sports, the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves can be used during various outdoor activities.

The lightweight construction, breathable materials and practical hanging loops make these gloves ideal for users who regularly work with equipment.

The touchscreen functionality and the microfibre panel along the thumb are also handy during outdoor activities.

The gloves are not specifically described as winter gloves, waterproof gloves or certified work gloves.

Coyote / Adaptive Green A colour combination

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves are available in the colour combination Coyote / Adaptive Green A.

This combination of earth tones goes well with various types of tactical clothing and equipment.

Coyote is widely used in tactical gear, whilst Adaptive Green adds a natural shade of green to the overall look.

This means you can pair the gloves with, for example, a plate carrier, tactical belt, combat shirt or rucksack in similar colours.

The actual colour reproduction may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Combine with tactical kit

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves Coyote / Adaptive Green A can be worn with various types of tactical equipment.

For example:
　• Combat shirts: for a complete tactical outfit
　• Tactical trousers: for use during airsoft and outdoor activities
　• Plate carriers: to complement a personal airsoft loadout
　• Tactical belts: for carrying accessories
　• Backpacks: in Coyote, green or other earth tones
　• Safety goggles: where the microfibre section can be practical

The gloves are designed as a functional accessory and can be used with both a comprehensive loadout and a basic set of outdoor gear.

The importance of the right size

To ensure the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves work properly, it is important to choose the right size.

If gloves are too big, the excess fabric at the fingertips can reduce sensitivity. If they are too small, on the other hand, they may be unnecessarily tight and restrict freedom of movement.

A well-fitting glove should fit snugly on the hand without restricting the natural movement of the fingers.

You should therefore check the Helikon-Tex size chart before purchasing and measure your hand according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The product information provided does not specify any specific dimensions.

Maintenance and cleaning

To keep the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves in good condition, regular maintenance is advisable.

Carefully remove any surface dirt and check that the Velcro fastening is free from sand, dust and fluff.

You should also pay attention to the microfibre section along the thumb. If this becomes soiled, it may be less suitable for cleaning spectacle lenses.

Always follow Helikon-Tex’s official care instructions when washing and drying.

As the exact material composition and washing instructions have not been specified, we advise against using high washing temperatures, harsh detergents or tumble drying without confirmation from the manufacturer.

No certified impact or cut protection specified

The Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves are designed for grip, precision and comfort.

Although the gloves provide an extra layer of material between the skin and the equipment, no specific certification regarding impact protection, cut resistance or heat resistance has been specified.

Therefore, these gloves should not be regarded as a substitute for certified protective gloves when an activity requires them.

In airsoft, too, it remains important to follow the applicable safety rules and use the prescribed protective equipment.

Practical tip: When choosing the Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves, opt for a size that fits your fingers snugly without being too tight. This will allow you to make the most of the non-slip palm and precise finger control. Use the touchscreen zones on the thumb and middle finger to quickly operate your phone, and keep the microfibre section clean if you want to use it to wipe your safety goggles.
