Helikon-Tex Trooper Jacket MK2 Black

The Helikon-Tex Trooper Jacket MK2 Black is a lightweight outdoor jacket with a more practical design and a better fitting size range than its younger brother the Blizzard.

It offers unrestricted freedom of movement thanks to the slightly elastic main material. It also serves as a tactical jacket, evidenced by the velcro panels on the shoulders and the emphasis on functionality. Familiar and appreciated features of the Trooper and Blizzard jackets return in a modern form as the Trooper Mk2.

New, more comfortable fit

The looser fit makes the Trooper Mk2 an excellent choice as a softshell outdoor jacket, and on colder days you can wear something warmer underneath, such as the Wolfhound Hoodie. The main material used is StormStretch®, a lightweight nylon with a touch of elastane, making the jacket comfortable and non-restrictive. It serves as a lightweight layer that protects against cold and moisture, helped by the thoughtful design of the stowable hood with a moulded visor. The extended cut protects your kidneys from the wind.

Thoughtful pockets

Well-placed pockets are essential. The Trooper Mk2 has them in places that don't get in the way of backpack straps and hipbelts, making it an excellent choice for outdoors. Outside, there are two chest-level pockets with organisers and two on the shoulders. Considering the purpose, weight and quick drying, they have omitted the pocket at kidney height (the so-called "poacher's pocket") and the small pocket on the forearm.
