All payments are processed via a secure connection, ensuring that your payment details are well protected during checkout.

We’ll dispatch your order as soon as possible and ensure it’s carefully packed. Orders placed before 6.00 pm will be dispatched the next day, provided the items are in stock. (Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday).

The postage costs and estimated delivery time depend on the destination country. (Netherlands and Belgium: €6.95 via PostNL; Germany: €11.95. During checkout, you’ll automatically see which delivery options are available and the corresponding costs.

For orders over €99, we offer free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Are you ordering from another country? In that case, the available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically for your destination.

Yes. If you’ve decided not to keep a product after all, you can arrange a return with us within the applicable return period.

The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be returned complete and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that some products may be excluded from return due to their nature or use.

Upon receipt, we will check the return and process the refund in accordance with our returns terms and conditions. Any return costs and exceptions can be found in our returns policy.
